GUFIX – User Agreement and Terms of Use

1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs relations between the User and the Administration of https://gufix.ru (the "Site"). Use of the Site, registration and/or payment constitutes acceptance of the Agreement.

1.2. Users confirm they are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and act using their own funds and authority.

2. Definitions

2.1. "Product" means the software and related materials distributed via the Site. "User" means an individual using the Site and/or purchasing the Product.

3. Subject

3.1. Upon payment, the Administration grants access to the Product as described on the Site. The Product is provided "as is", unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.

3.2. Use of the Product may affect game client behavior and may result in sanctions or account bans imposed by third parties. The User accepts these risks; the Administration is not liable for third-party sanctions.

4. User restrictions and obligations

4.1. The User shall:

use the Product only for personal purposes and not share access with third parties;
not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Product;
not run the Product in environments that alter hardware identifiers (HWID-spoofing), virtual machines or emulators;
use own payment instruments when paying;
provide accurate data when placing an order.

4.2. Breach of clause 4 entitles the Administration to suspend or terminate access and revoke the license without refund.

5. Administration obligations

5.1. The Administration shall provide access after payment confirmation and offer technical support as described on the Site.

5.2. The Administration may temporarily suspend access for security investigations or technical maintenance.

6. Payments and cookies

6.1. Payments are processed via integrated payment providers; the Administration does not store raw card data.

6.2. Cookies and similar technologies are required for correct session handling, payment processing and delivery of the Product. Disabling cookies may prevent payment completion or delay access.

7. Refunds and claims

7.1. Refunds are processed only when a defect attributable to the Administration is confirmed following investigation.

7.2. To request a refund the User must contact support (see Contacts) with the nickname, order ID (if available), a detailed description of the issue and any supporting materials (logs, screenshots).

7.3. The Administration will investigate within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving all required materials. If a defect is confirmed, refund will be issued to the card within 7 (seven) business days following approval and in accordance with the payment provider's procedures.

7.4. No refund is due where the issue is caused by the User's environment, third-party software, or failure to follow support instructions.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Administration shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including data loss, lost profits, account bans) arising from use of the Site or Product.

9. Personal data

9.1. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy on the Site. Users consent to processing necessary for order fulfilment and the Administration's legitimate interests.

10. Term and termination

10.1. The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains effective until obligations are fulfilled.

10.2. The Administration may terminate services on breach.

11. Dispute resolution

11.1. Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in court under the laws of the Russian Federation.

12. Changes

12.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
