10.2. To confirm deletion you must provide nickname and account password. Any active subscription associated with the account will be removed and is non-transferable.

10.3. Deletion will be completed within 7 (seven) calendar days after a valid request has been received.

11. Cross-border transfers

11.1. Data may be transferred to providers outside the User's jurisdiction when necessary; the Administration takes reasonable measures to ensure appropriate protection.

12. Changes and miscellaneous

12.1. Changes are published on this page. Continued use indicates acceptance. Matters not covered by this Policy are governed by applicable Russian law.

13. Liability

13.1. The Administration takes measures to protect data but is not liable for disclosure resulting from third-party actions, weak user passwords or circumstances beyond its control.
